At CalWorkSafety & HR, social responsibility is woven into the very fabric of all we do.
We are dedicated to giving back to the communities where we live, work and play. We view it as a privilege to support charitable organizations who are helping end hunger in Orange County, to support children with various types of health and mental barriers, to recognize the sacrificial efforts of our police, fire-fighters and other first responders, and to join forces to stop child abuse across our nation.
We embrace philanthropy in our culture—whether it be through participation in community events, direct fundraising support, or co-sponsoring philanthropic events—we’re committed to helping others who are in need.

National Exchange Club
Throughout The Exchange Club’s long history, our vision has been to build stronger families, stronger community, and stronger country. Over the years, we have seen the positive impact of our contributions.
ProVisors
ProVisors is the largest, cross-referral, network of 6,000+ business advisors in the U.S. The organization has evolved over the past 30 years into a premier national network of business professionals who refer business to each other across 13 geographic regions. ProVisors’ proprietary system shortens the critical path to commerce.
Camp4Kids
Camp4Kids mission is to ensure that children of all economic backgrounds are given an opportunity to have a safe and healthy place to go where they can just find that inner child. Our goal is to enrich the lives of all those who attend our camps.
Second Harvest Food Bank
Second Harvest Food Back’s mission is to end hunger in Orange County. We work to end hunger with the help of our Partner Network, donors, volunteers and other dedicated supporters. Last year, we distributed more than 42 million pounds of food to our Partner Network Members, who then provided food to those in need at more than 350 locations throughout the county. We propel change through strategic, innovative partnerships and collaboration with community organizations who are equally committed to alleviating poverty.

Our mission is to advance awareness, cultivate success and strengthen communities through integrated mental health services for children, youth, and families.
