Cindy Williams has been a successful business owner throughout much of her career. As a young professional and when first beginning her career, Cindy owned a chain of five mattress stores, Mattress Distributors. Following the sale of this profitable business, Cindy then moved into the commercial design and relocation industry for large manufacturing and distribution facilities. It was at this stage, her love for risk management began and she moved into risk management and human resources in 2002. Cindy joined CalWorkSafety & HR in 2012 and she is now president of this Southern California-based firm.
