Don Dressler

Don Dressler is the founder of CalWorkSafety & HR, and is a national leader in labor law, risk management and human resources solutions. Don earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and his law degree from Stanford University of Law. Don served as the President of Insurance Services for Western Growers Association, and as Director and member of the Executive Committee of the California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation. He also served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Association Executives and Association of California Insurance Companies. Don served as the Chairman of the Finance Commission for the City of Irvine from 1993-2011. Don has a true love for his community and the charities he’s involved in.

With extensive personal experience as a business owner of companies such as Mattress Distributors and SingleSource Design and Move Management Services, Cindy understands what it takes to keep your employees safe and company legally compliant.

Wendy Garcia, SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP

Managing Partner – Human Resources

Wendy Garcia is passionate in all areas of Human Resources, but especially employee relations, conducting Sexual Harassment Prevention and Workplace Civility training, creating COVID-19 Response Plans, writing Employee Handbooks, and helping clients stay compliant with all of the confusing employment laws. Wendy is recognized by the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and maintains her SPHR, PHRca, and SHRM-SCP certifications. Wendy has a BA in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara and Certificate in HR Management from UC Irvine. She is a member of the HR Independent Consultants Network, and an active volunteer in Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and numerous non-profits and philanthropies in the community.
