Experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety Consultant

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety Consultant to support a diverse client base throughout California and Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving real-world compliance challenges, delivering training, and making a visible impact. The ideal candidate will be confident in the field, organized, professional, and able to build trust with business owners, HR teams, supervisors, and employees.
This individual must be:
- An OSHA Authorized Trainer (Outreach Instructor).
- Forklift certified, including train-the-trainer experience.
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
- Experienced with Cal/OSHA (Title 8) and California-specific requirements, including IIPP, Workplace Violence Prevention (SB 553), and Indoor and Outdoor Heat Illness Prevention.
- Strong in OSHA recordkeeping, including OSHA 300 and 300A logs, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Able to perform onsite facility audits and provide clear, professional written reports with practical corrective recommendations.
- Knowledgeable in workers’ compensation and employer follow-up responsibilities after workplace injuries.
- Comfortable delivering onsite training, including emergency preparedness and workplace violence or active shooter awareness training.
- Able to work effectively with HR, supervisors, managers, and company owners during walkthroughs, audits, and safety discussions.
- Able to guide clients through post-accident response, including follow-up with the client, workers’ compensation carrier, and injured employee.
- Able to write OSHA-compliant safety programs and plans tailored to the client’s industry, operations, and hazards.
- Able to create training materials, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations for client use and employee training.
- Able to schedule, manage, and deliver high-quality service to multiple clients each month.
