New Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) Provides Protections for Pregnancy-related Conditions

The groundbreaking PWFA went into effect on June 27, 2023 and brings enhanced protections for pregnant and postpartum workers and applicants. The new law guarantees the right to reasonable accommodations for individuals with pregnancy-related limitations.
